Air auditing and maintenance for the efficient running of customers plant to reduce downtime is one of our priorities and service is scheduled to suit customer needs. Our staff operate a 24/7 on-call emergency service. Monitoring for air quality is all part of our services which includes state of pre and after filters, the operation of air dryers, automatic drain and water separation are all catered for.
All services are carried out as per manufacturers instructions and a checklist for a 2000 hour service would entail the following criteria:-
*Record temperature and pressure *Replace worn parts
*All electrical connections *Overloads and trips
*Check drain functions *Repair air & oil leaks
*Test all safety functions *Check air regulation
*Drive Belts (if fitted) *Coolant operation
*Oil filter * Air filter
*Separator (if required) *Oil
Different criteria for 4000 and 8000 hours vary as do recommendations from manufacturers.
